Terms and Conditions of our company
We are glad that you have selected our company for your assignments, essays, papers or any of your academic work. Like any other agreement, here are the terms and conditions that may ease the process and maintain a long term relationship with our clients.
Once you have placed the order, we assume that the customer has fully read, understood and agreed to the following conditions:
- Although our writers put their best foot forward and help you gain better grades, we do not make guarantees of A grades.
- Once the order is placed, the company holds the right to deduct the charges for the order from your credit card information provided. An authorized use of credit card is strictly prohibited and the user will have to face adverse consequences in any such case.
- Our customer service representatives are available round the clock so you have ease in communication. If there is a delay in the delivery of your order due to issues on your side such as incorrect email ID, spam filters or inability to access the internet, the company shall not be held responsible for any such incident.
- The client agrees to provide correct personal, credit card, contact and other relevant information required by the company.
- If, due to any unforeseen circumstances, the order is not delivered within the stated deadline then the client has the right to claim for partial or full refund. The final decision for the refund lies with the Quality Assurance Department of the company.
- To satisfy our customers to the fullest, we have a free revision policy for your orders within 14 days to 30 days depending on the length of the order.
- The revision will be based on the initially stated requirements for the order and no new amendments shall be made in the order. However, a fee can be charged if new changes are to be made.
- As for the refund of the order, you can ask for your money back if you are not satisfied with the assignment provided. The claim should be made within 3 days of the order delivered, after that it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the order.
- In case you want to cancel your order, it needs to be communicated before the order has been assigned to the writer. In any case, the order money is non-refundable.
- In case of verification of your billing information, it should be verified within 8 hours for a 2 to 10 days order placed, 1 hour for 12 to 24 hours deadline and 20 minutes for an order with a deadline of less than 12 hours.
- The violation of the entire agreement is not acceptable at any cost. In case of its violation, the company has the right to cancel any order on an individual basis.
